Gonçalo

Originally from Portugal, Goncalo has demonstrated his ever-growing passion for music from an early age, be  it pop, electronica or classical. It led him to enrol at the Royal Academy of Music in 1992, making a bona fide musician out of him. Despite this, he converted definitively to the religion of electronica in 1995 and began his unstoppable carrer as DJ, satisfying his restless yearning for music. It's now the norm to see him behind the decks in the best clubs in Portugal , Spain, Holland, Italy, Germany and England , infecting the public with his explosive, vertiginous and selective mix of electro, minimal techno and deep trance. Gonçalo played in the famous festival Creamfields for two years (2004 & 2005), and in clubs such as Tresór (Berlin), The Loft (Barcelona), Club 11 (Amsterdam), Sugar Factory (Amsterdam), Rhumba (London), Amnesia (Ibiza), L’Allibi (Roma), Kadoc (Algarve), etc... Since 2006 he works as A&R and resident Dj of the club Friends Emporio in Sevilla, where he played alongside artists such as: Michael Mayer, Superpitcher, Magda & Troy Pierce, Marc Houle, Gabriel Ananda, Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Miss Kittin and much more...
