Luxi Villar, a versatile artist renowned as a DJ, producer, and promoter based out of two of Europe’s Capital Cities; Madrid and London. Head honcho of On Going parties and On Going Music, she is responsible for the growth of one of Europe’s most exciting up-and-coming brands. Luxi's musical journey has graced some of Europe’s best-loved venues, including Egg London, E1 London, LAB Madrid, Cosmos Sevilla, M100 Córdoba, and CODE Fabrik Madrid. Her impressive repertoire also extends to festival performances, with notable appearances at Elrow Town Madrid, Official Salient Switzerland, and Aquasella Fest Asturias. Currently, she holds residency positions in The Basement, Madrid, and Elsotano Club, under her trademark, On Going Parties. Last year, Luxi clinched one of the nine coveted spots in the Elrow up and coming contest, a competition established by Elrow to unearth emerging talents. This success came after beating over 5000 rival DJs and producers. Her musical style is a fusion of various genres, including tech house, happy house, techno, techno groove, and rave sounds. She draws inspiration from a diverse range of artists, such as Beau Dider, Testpress, Black girl/White Girl, Kettama, Viviana Casanovr, Ben Bux, and Arman Van Helden, in addition to labels like Trick, CUFF, Nervous, and many others. Beyond her impressive DJ career, Luxi has firmly established On Going as a prominent fixture in the electronic music scene of Madrid. Her ambitions continue to expand with projects on the horizon, including the launch of the aforementioned On Going Music, expansion into London and Brooklyn, and developing her own production library. Her ambitions are supported by labels such as Vassnova, Kappa Recordings, Relative Music, and Nervous Record amongst others.
