Viot, the stage name of Lauro Viotti, is a Brazilian DJ and music producer who, in just three years of his career, has earned recognition from internationally renowned DJs and labels. With a unique and innovative sound, Viot stands out for his originality and his ability to create unforgettable atmospheres on the dance floor, showcasing his sonic diversity. His music is a sophisticated fusion of influences such as Bossa Nova, Brazilian Hip Hop, Pop, House, and Techno, reflecting his personality and artistic vision — always steering clear of clichés and staying true to his authenticity. Viot is transparent about his inspirations — whether in music, fashion, or art — and expresses his truth in a powerful and honest way. Among his standout releases are tracks like Confession (Revival New York), FMF (Hot Creations), Hypno (Solid Grooves), Pop It Low (Black Book Records), So Far So Good (Higher Ground), and Ocean (Dawn Patrol Records), a collaboration with Maz. All of these tracks have received strong support from leading names in the electronic scene, such as Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, The Martinez Brothers, BLOND:ISH, Marco Carola, Mochakk, Diplo, Loco Dice, Fisher, Vintage Culture, and Carlita. The track Space Cowboy, released by Catch & Release, reached #68 on the Beatport Overall Top 100, while his version of Blitz (Você Não Soube Me Amar) impressively climbed to #51. This release also marked the debut of his own label, Casa Bonita Records, in partnership with Brisotti. Closing out 2024 on a high note, Viot dropped Anthem, a hit collaboration with Vintage Culture, further showcasing his versatility and musical range. He also released on the iconic Nervous Records, solidifying his presence on the global stage. In addition to his productions, Viot has been gaining attention on his world tour, with standout performances at prestigious clubs and festivals such as Tomorrowland Brazil, Hï Ibiza, ANTS Ushuaïa, Taraka (Ecuador), Brunch Electronik, Só Track Boa Festival, NA*F, Green Valley, Laroc, and the rising Ibiza hotspot UNVRS.
